VR facilitates experiential learning by allowing users to see and feel from the perspective of another person.  These new experiences around gender, race, and other factors result in an emotional connection and a more meaningful understanding of bias.  It expands thinking and creates positive shifts that will enable organizations to more fully engage all of their talent and better serve their communities.
